What we collect

Orders: name, address, email and payment details are collected and processed by Shopify to fulfil your order.
Quiz access: your email is stored in your browser to remember access and kept separate from your answers. We only keep your address with Tailory if you separately opt in to marketing emails. Completed dog answers are available in your current browser tab; Ruff Day asks permission before using them.
Ruff Day: no account or email is needed. Text and any dog profile you consent to share are processed by an AI service for guidance. Recordings stay on your device until you choose to transcribe them, when audio is sent to an AI transcription service. Tailory does not save new Ruff Day conversations or audio to its records. Messages remain in the open page and disappear on refresh. Delete clears the current conversation, recording and this tab’s saved dog profile, but cannot erase information already processed by AI services. Earlier submissions made before this change may still be stored anonymously; contact us about deletion.
